Who we are

Vantage Systems Digital ("we", "us") is operated by Mohamed El Askary in Orange County, California. These terms apply when you buy website services from us. By paying the setup fee or starting the monthly plan, you agree to them.

What we provide

• Design and build of a website for your business, including your services, service area, photos, and contact details.
• Registration and renewal of a domain name for the site.
• Hosting and a security certificate, so the site stays online and secure.
• Updates to the site when your information changes, such as a new phone number, service, or photos.

Previews

We may build a preview of your homepage and send you the link before you buy. A preview costs nothing and does not commit you to anything.

Prices and billing

• Setup fee: a one-time payment between $750 and $2,500, depending on the number of pages and features. We confirm the exact price with you before you pay.
• Monthly plan: $99 per month, billed automatically. Billing starts the day you sign up and renews on the same day each month. It covers hosting, your domain name, the security certificate, and updates to your site.
• All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we accept major credit and debit cards.

Delivery

Your site goes live within 7 days of payment.

Cancellation and refunds

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by email or phone. Your site stays online through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Refunds of the setup fee and monthly payments are covered in our refund and cancellation policy.

Your content

You are responsible for the text, photos, logos, and other material you send us for your site, and for having the right to use it. You let us use that material to build, host, and update your website.

We may decline to publish material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is misleading.

Availability

We work to keep your site online at all times, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable, for example during maintenance or an outage at our hosting provider.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply to payments you have already made.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
