The short version
- No long-term contract. Cancel the monthly plan any time by email or phone.
- Your site stays online through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
- Cancel before we start building your full site and we refund the setup fee in full.
- If you cancel after we start building but before your site is delivered, we refund 50% of the setup fee.
- Once your site has been built and delivered, the setup fee is not refundable.
- Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months.
- Charged in error? Contact us and we will fix it.
Cancelling the monthly plan
There is no long-term contract. You can cancel the $99 monthly plan at any time by emailing melaskary72@gmail.com or calling (714) 299-0258.
When you cancel, your site stays online through the end of the month you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Refunds on the setup fee
The setup fee is a one-time payment between $750 and $2,500 that covers the design and build of your website.
- If you cancel before we start building your full site, we refund the setup fee in full.
- If you cancel after we start building but before your site is delivered, we refund 50% of the setup fee.
- Once your site has been built and delivered, the setup fee is not refundable.
Refunds on monthly payments
Monthly payments are not refunded for partial months. If you cancel partway through a month, you keep your site and service until the end of that paid month.
Charges made in error
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will fix it.
How refunds are paid
Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds go back to the card you paid with. How long a refund takes to show on your statement depends on your bank.
